10. Increase

from 3 to 6. Try to remain or at least build up to 6 “Stops”
(masturbate then stop at the tickling sensation six times) and stay at
the increased amount for your daily exercises.
11. Once you
have been able to increase your start/start amount of times to 6 you
can then introduce a personal lubricant in order to simulate the feel
of a vagina.
12. Start at
the beginning again by doing 3 start/stops with the lubricant and
practice daily with it until you can work yourself up to the increased
start and stops of 6.
13. Once you
feel as though you are ready and confident enough, you can then
introduce a partner! If you are in a relationship, include your partner
into to start and stop times so you both can develop a rhythm that's
comfortable for both of you
